KoH Resident Music Committee 2016-18

Co-Chairs:           Fran Kelly/Bert Pepper

Members:            Lila D’Adolf, SheilaDarnborough, Ed Hanin, Phyllis Fross,                                               Leonore Meyer, J. B. Price, Bob                                                             Singleton

A resident’s anonymous gift underwrote our first two chamber music concerts in the fall of 2006. This led to the formation of the Music Committee in January 2007. The Music Committee coordinates and schedules musical programs for Kendal independent living residents.  It is also responsible for maintaining the Steinway Grand Piano.

Over the years, more than 130 concerts of all varieties have been coordinated by the committee.  Most recently these have been supported by a resident’s generous bequest to the KoH Residents Association. Clearly, the Music Program provides a wonderful opportunity for independent living residents, as well as those from Adirondack and Clearwater, to enjoy outstanding concerts given by talented professional musicians.
