As all of us who have been at Kendal for more than a year know, Sleepy Hollow is the Halloween Capital of the World. During the holiday, our beautiful little village becomes the visiting place for people from all over the Globe.
So--- if one takes it upon one's self to travel outside the cozy confines of KoH, safety first is a necessary rule to be observed.
Some common sense rules to be followed are:
1. Drive slowly and be on the constant lookout for children.
2. Be bright at night. Reflective tape helps.
3. Look all ways and be careful crossing streets.
4. Just be on guard and careful at all times. Be safe!
