Howard Smith, Chairperson of the Kendal on Hudson Board, and Mackie MacLean, of Diversified Search Firm, will be providing an update on two important topic areas. Howard will speak about Board Development, while Mackie will talk about the CEO search. The board/staff/resident workshop held October 10 with Jane Mack is one example of a Board Development effort.
