Almost every Thursday evening at 7:00 PM a small group of talented musicians gather on the 2nd floor landing (overlooking the Mary Powell front desk) to give two hours to playing baroque trios, quartets and quintets.
The three regular Kendal regulars are Bert Pepper (violin), Katherine Sinclair (Recorder), and Dot Bone (Cello) and are joined by a couple of outsiders. None of the group are professional musicians. It is obvious they enjoy playing both for pleasure and the love of the music. The listening audiences are sparse but that does not deter the group from going all-out. The enthusiasm is obvious.
