It’s a little like the gigantic meal you ate at Thanksgiving. It’s great to have eaten all those super-filling dishes but the gastric discomfort that follows caused the body to send out a cease and desist order.
The same thing has happened to the Kendal library. Not too much food…too many books!
The library has suddenly been inundated with bags and boxes of donated books. While we appreciate the generosity of our residents, we are only able to accept a few books at a time, normally recent ones in good condition.
