Please bring your work to the Art Room on Saturday, October 12, between 1:00 and 4:00 or Sunday, October 13, between 10:00 and noon. If you cannot do so, we will pick it up or make other arrangements and make sure that your work will be part of the exhibit. We also want you to know that we have received so much excellent work that we may not have the space to hang it all. We will hang as many as space allows.
Please make sure that there is a wire on the back of your artwork, as our hanging system can only accommodate wires. Also put on the back of your submission (a) your name (b) your apartment number (c) your telephone number (d) the title of your artwork, etc. (e) medium (oil, etc.)
