The Education Committee announced a new and very timely course for the month of March.
”THE SCIENCE OF CLIMATE CHANGE” will be offered on Tuesdays, March 3, 10, 17 and 24, from 1:30 to 3:30 pm in the Gathering Room, led by Professor Paul E. Olsen. Course sign-up sheets have been distributed; extras are available in the wall rack in the Activities Alcove.
Tuition is $50 for all four sessions or $15 for an individual session. Professor Olsen, the Storke Memorial Professor of Earth and Environmental Sciences at Columbia University, has taught and researched the history of life and climate for 36 years.
