To the Exhibitors of Our Current “Oh, The Places You’ll Go” Art Show, October 15, 2019 to October 16, 2020
Thank you all so much for making our current show such an excellent one. We have received many compliments from residents, staff and visitors.
As our new show starts October 20, the current show has to come down. Please remove your work(s) from the walls in the Rue des Artistes on Friday, October 16 or Saturday, October 17. If you are unable to do so, we will remove the work and leave it in the Art Room so you can pick it up at your leisure.
To the Exhibitors of our New Art Show “Awakening” October 20, 2020 to April 16, 2021
Please bring your work to the Art Room on Saturday, October 17, between 10:00 am and noon or 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm, or on Sunday, October 18, between 10:00 am and noon.
We also want you to know that we have received so much excellent work that we may not be able to hang it all. We will hang as many as space allows. Please make sure that there is a wire on the back of your artwork, since our hanging system can only accommodate wires.
Please put on the back of your submission: (a) your name (b) your apartment number (c) your telephone number (d) the title of your artwork, etc. (e) medium (oil, etc.).
