Since opening the Bistro and the FDR for dining is still in the future, the Dining Advisory Committee held a Zoom meeting last week to consider an interim plan to open the Bistro for take-out only during scheduled dinner hours. The plan would be to have residents choose their food items and then either return to their apartments or eat on the Terrace while observing social distancing and wearing masks when not eating or drinking. The delivery of meals to residents’ apartments would remain an option.
