• All staff continue to be screened at the front door prior to starting their workday

• Starting Monday, June 21, FULLY vaccinated staff will not be required to wear a mask in common areas of the community. Unvaccinated staff will wear a KN95 or N95 mask depending on the area in which they are working.

• The Department of Health requires that all staff wear a mask while working in Clearwater, Sunnyside, or Adirondack. The type of mask worn will be dependent upon each staff person's vaccination status.
