Our Director of Dining Fred Coppola is pleased to announce that we have a new Executive Chef.

Chef Clifford Saladin comes to us from the prestigious Saint Andrew’s Golf Club, where he has been Executive Chef for the past six years. Saint Andrews is the oldest golf club in the country.

Prior to his tenure at Saint Andrews, Cliff was the Executive Sous Chef at the Hilton Rye Town, a Banquet Chef at the Park Ridge Marriott, and the Executive Chef at the Tarrytown Sheraton.

Chef Cliff is committed to enhancing our program with a focus on healthy cooking, dietary restrictions, and sourcing the best possible ingredients to elevate the dining experience.

We join Fred in welcoming Chef Cliff to our team, beginning on Monday, July 12.
