Religious Observance

Kendal on Hudson was founded by the Quakers. Its open and welcoming nature comes from the philosophy of this group. This liberal flavor permeates the atmosphere of Kendal and draws people from many religions.

To satisfy those who would like to attend religious services, Kendal is open to all who wish to organize and hold services on site.

Catholic Mass, Episcopal Prayer, Jewish Shabbat Services and Quaker Meetings are held at various times.  Of course, all services are open to anybody who wishes to attend.

Schedules are produced weekly in Spotlight which can be accessed on this website.
