Why didn't someone think of this before?
It seems easy and logical for elementary and secondary school students and teachers to be in touch via the internet to match volunteer travelers who are studying, working or exploring abroad with K-12 classrooms globally.
By making the benefits of travel accessible to individual classrooms, Reach the World inspires students to become curious.
Well someone did! The founder and Executive Director of Reach the World, Heather Halstead (daughter of resident Clark Halstead), will tell us more about her organization on Monday evening, June 11 at 7:30 pm in the Gathering Room.
