Kendal has something new for its residents.
On Sunday, January 5, we will be treated to a video THE AMERICAN MOOR.
It is a semi-autobiographical play, written and performed by Keith Hamilton Cobb. In his twenties he was a soap opera star, listed in one of the movie magazines as one of the 10 top bachelors in the country. He left the soaps because he "wanted to act in something that he would want to see."
He's an experienced and talented Shakespearean actor. Sounds like a natural for Othello, right? Come and see American Moor in the Gathering Room on Sunday, January 5, at 2:30 pm. (Warning: this 90-minute video includes rough language.)
