There will be a new Kendal art show, “ANYTHING GOES,” on the Rue des Artistes from October 18, 2021, to April 19, 2022.

INITIAL SUBMISSION:

The curators ask for the submission of artwork by residents and staff, never seen before on the Rue des Artistes. Paintings, photographs, collages, assemblages, wearable art, fiber arts, and whatever can hang on the wall or fit in the case are welcome.

Resident/staff artists are asked to bring their work to the Art Room on Wednesday, September 22, between 10 a.m. and 12 noon or between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. They may submit a maximum of three (3) works, and will be advised as to which works have been chosen.

Works are to be picked up Friday, September 24 between 10 a.m. and 12 noon, or between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.

If artists are unable to bring their work to the Art Room, please call a curator, and an arrangement will be made for the work to be collected.

Artists are reminded to put their name, the title of the work, the medium (oil, collage, etc.), phone number, and apartment number on the back of the work submitted. The work does not have to be framed for the INITIAL SUBMISSION.

The FINAL SUBMISSION of selected artworks is Saturday, October 16. We look forward to seeing the submitted work and showing others the many talents here at Kendal. It should be an interesting show.

Curators: Lynn Brady, Ann Holloway, and Judy Baker.
